Any person or entity (“USER”) accessing the www.ezcampaigns.com website or any of the information contained herein agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions of this www.ezcampaigns.com website user agreement ("AGREEMENT"):

   Users can be held legally liable for the content they post and may be held legally accountable if their postings include defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law without the permission of the author or owner.

4. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless www.ezcampaigns.com, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising from or in connection with the content of the user's site content including any claim of defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

User hereby waives all claims against the owners of www.ezcampaigns.com, V-Empower Inc., any of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives ("www.ezcampaigns.com"), and any of www.ezcampaigns.com's suppliers or programmers.

   User agrees to defend, indemnify and not to hold V-Empower liable for damages that may be incurred by www.ezcampaigns.com, including attorney's fees, related to User's use of www.ezcampaigns.com's website or User's use of any information obtained through User's use of www.ezcampaigns.com's web site.

6. V-Empower is not responsible for websites that are accessed by a user from www.ezcampaigns.com's web site - by link, frame, or any other means ("Linked Site").

   Any link, frame, or any other means by which a user accesses any Linked Site provided by www.ezcampaigns.com or otherwise on www.ezcampaigns.com's website does not constitute www.ezcampaigns.com's endorsement, recommendation, or acceptance of any responsibility for the content of that Linked Site or the operators of that Linked Site.

   www.ezcampaigns.com does not endorse in anyway any contents of the expression of its Users. Please therefore verify the authenticity of all information on your own before undertaking reliance and action thereupon.

   www.ezcampaigns.com shall not be responsible or liable for any consequential damages arising on account of the member relying on the contents.

   www.ezcampaigns.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits arising out of or in connection with this service, even if www.ezcampaigns.com has been advised of the possibility of damages.

7. User agrees not to attempt to damage, hack, crack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere (collectively, "Interfere") with www.ezcampaigns.com's website in any manner.

   If the user in any way INTERFERES with www.ezcampaigns.com's website, User agrees to pay all damages incurred by V-Empower, including any consequential damages. The user further agrees that the measure of damages will be the highest estimate provided by V-Empower.

   User's Interference with www.ezcampaigns.com's website relieves V-Empower of any of its contractual or other legal obligations to the User, including V-Empower’s obligations under its Privacy Policy.

   V-Empower will cooperate with the authorities in prosecuting any User who interferes with www.ezcampaigns.com's website, attempts to defraud V-Empower, or any other parties through User's use of www.ezcampaigns.com's website or services.

8. V-Empower reserve the right to refuse any or all services to any User for any reason, at any time, at V-Empower's sole discretion. User agrees that V-Empower may block its IP address or addresses at any time, and at V-Empower's sole discretion, thereby disallowing User's continued use of www.ezcampaigns.com's website.

9. EzCampaigns agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of its Users. Members acknowledge their right to use the service is personal to them, unless expressed otherwise. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express consent of www.ezcampaigns.com and its owners V-Empower Inc.

   Member will be held liable for any unauthorized use of their account by any third-party. Member is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account.

10. The User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other terms of service may be changed without notice by V-Empower, and the use of www.ezcampaigns.com's website or services constitutes agreement with and acceptance of any such changes.

    www.ezcampaigns.com reserves the right to terminate/suspend your account(s) and your use of our services, without notice, if your online conduct is not in compliance with the business of www.ezcampaigns.com or other third-party information providers.

11. www.ezcampaigns.com reserves the right to release current or past member information that www.ezcampaigns.com believes is in violation of the terms of service or page content guidelines, or used to commit unlawful acts, or if the information is subpoenaed, and/or if www.ezcampaigns.com deems it necessary and/or appropriate.


12. If any part, term, or provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law of central, state, or local government having jurisdiction over this Agreement, the remaining portions or provisions shall still remain valid and continue in full force and effect.


13. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without resorting to any jurisdiction's conflict of laws, rules or doctrines. Any claim, action, suit, or proceeding (collectively, "Claim") between V-Empower and the User that arises from or relates to this Agreement shall be brought and conducted solely and exclusively with a Court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland.


14. V-Empower reserves the right to take any or all action it may deem appropriate, in its sole discretion, with respect to violations or enforcement of the terms of this Agreement, and expressly reserves all rights and remedies available to V-Empower at law or in equity.


15. All images, text, programs, and other materials found on www.ezcampaigns.com's website are protected by USA and international copyright laws and other laws. Any commercial use of the images, text, programs, or other materials found on www.ezcampaigns.com's website is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of www.ezcampaigns.com


16. www.ezcampaigns.com expressly disclaims all guaranties of any kind, whether express or implied. www.ezcampaigns.com makes no guarantee that the services will meet the User's requirements, or the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does www.ezcampaigns.com make any guarantee as to the results that may be obtained through the service or that defects in the software will be corrected. User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at the user's own discretion and risk and user will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which the owner obtains from www.ezcampaigns.com or through the service will create any guarantee not expressly made herein.


17. V-Empower Inc. or www.ezcampaigns.com will not be responsible or liable for any consequential damages arising on account of the member relying on the content. www.ezcampaigns.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits arising out of or in connection with this service, even if www.ezcampaigns.com has been advised of the possibility of damages.


18. Financial Transactions and Taxes If you make any financial transactions on www.ezcampaigns.com, including paying for Absentee Ballot application, Voter Registration application, Polling Place Locator, advertising banners, product placements, you may be asked for credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current and that you will pay all charges owed, including any applicable taxes. You agree that you are solely responsible for any personal income reporting and tax payments required of you by applicable government authorities.
